Candidate must be capable of discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining clients satisfaction, generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential client to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Skills & Expertise

  • Must have software industry experience.
  • Discovering and persuing new sales prospects.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with prospect clients.
  • Proven Upwork, Freelancer or any equivalent outsourcing platform experience.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • International customers discovering & dealing experiences would be a plus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other sources.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Payment recovery from client(s) is solely your responsibility.
